Q : In what format should I send work to Beyond Translation, and in what format will I received the completed work?
A : We prefer that you send your work to us in electronic format (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) via email. If no digital file is available, we can also receive paper documents via fax. All completed translations will be sent to you in a digital file via email. DTP work which requires printing will be delivered to you by hand. This service is for Thailand-based customers only.

Q : How much are your translation rates?
A : Our translation rates depend on the source and target languages, delivery deadline, technicality of the text and the quantity of work. We provide a special discount for a large volume work. We normally charge per word, using the “Word Count” function in Microsoft Word. If the source language is Thai, which is difficult for the Word Count to deal with, we charge on a per-page basis. Our standard Thai page has 2.5 cm margins on the top, the bottom, the left and the right, and each page contains about 27 lines of 14pt Cordia text.
